Chinese Knots for Beaded Jewellery
by Suzen Millodot
I had a great time working my way through this book! The main reason it caught my eye was because I was getting into a rut with using only two to three styles of fiber knotting. I wanted something more, and I found exactly what I was looking for in Suzen’s lovely book.
Her photos and instructions are very easy to follow, and what I like the most is that she gives you a little gallery in the beginning of the book, showing you what the knots look like. I found one I liked right away and turned straight to it. I was able to make a decent sample from some satin cord that I had on hand. My next step is to get some cord that won’t be quite so stretchy :-) Don’t you think this would make a nice cord to hang a glass pendant on?
