Michael’s Craft Store
My star ornament is coming a long. It’s painted and now I need to figure out if I want to maybe writer something on it or stamp it and then seal it with something. I’ve also got some other ornament ideas, so it’s off to Michael’s craft store soon. I’m planning my attack. This is probably the worst time of year to go to any craft store, but with just a few weeks before Christmas, you gotta do what you gotta do.
Tell me - how bad are the craft stores right now? Should I be afraid?

My daughter is shopping at Michaels right now and she phoned me and said it was a bit crowded at 11:00 am, but not too bad. It is wise to disregard the shopping cart (unless you are old like me and have to lean on it!) and opt for a basket instead. That way you can maneuver through the aisles easily.

It was pretty terrifying, but I survived. I even when to Target afterwards. But, as I told my husband, that ends of off line holiday shopping. If I didn’t get it yesterday, then order it from the net b/c I’m not doing that again until after the first of year.
Joan was right. The cart sucked, but I bought a lot of stuff so needed it. Ugh
