The News at b5media

I’m not sure how many of my readers who find me know that this jewelry and beading blog is part of a network of blogs housed at b5media.com. While there are a lot of bloggers out there who go solo, I decided awhile back that networks were more for me because I prefer to work on what I’m best at - jewelry and writing - and leave all the icky tech and marketing stuff to those who are better at doing that sort of thing.

So, now that you know about b5media (or are at least reminded about them if you knew already), then this other news might be kind of interesting. They recently landed some investors and that means lots of big changes coming to the network in general. You can read about some of this here: b5media Inc. Raises US$2 Million

While even as a member of the network I’m not privie to what we can expect to see in the coming months, I know that along with changes due to this influx of money and new talent, we will also see some new craft blogs on the Arts and Crafts channel, which of course, as a craft-o-holic I’m thrilled to see. As they come live, I’ll make sure to mention them here, but keep an eye at the side bar in the near future and I’m sure you’ll see new links to these new blogs popping up in the next few months.
