Fancy Jump Ring Tool

by christina on June 15th, 2006

400-125LARGE.jpg This jump ring tool set from Contenti looks a lot like a set up my husband used to make jump rings. If you already make chain maille and have thought of making your own jump rings, then a set up like this might be really handy. It is so critical to get the jump rings cut accurately!

I wanted to share with your readers a great resource for Jeweler’s Saw
replacements, since I go through them like water.  Saw blades for jump ring
    makers generally run $12.00+
    Enco
    Industrial Supply
currently sells them for $5.12 a piece for 1 1/4 blades.
Enco offers blade sizes from 1 inch to 4, so make sure you accurately measure
    your blade before ordering.
