Seed Bead Book is Out of the Box

by Tammy Powley on April 25th, 2006

I finally got my box of books (I get 10 freebies) for my latest book: Making Designer Seed Bead, Stone, and Crystal Jewelry! It came this week, and this means that my book is out in bookstores, craft stores, and of course, Amazon.com has it available - no longer just as an early order option.

I always get one early review copy of my books, but it feels werid because when I show it to people they sometimes ask for a copy right then and even though they may be family members or good friends, I can’t let them have the book because it’s my one and only copy!

Now, I can actually sign my name in a book and hand it to someone without feeling bad about pulling it out of her hands and taking it back!

Very nice and congratulations. However, in Amazon.com I did not find any review of the book. So, I hope that you will direct us to review of the book. I just wonder that in your book if you have written anything about Asian jewelry.

Amazon is still telling me that I can only pre-order… which I did :)

Liz - really - crap! Well, it may say that but if I got my box of books that means the book is out very, very soon. I appreciate your ordering it, and hey, if you could write me an amazon review when you get it, that would fabulous.

Razib - No reviews yet b/c the book is just now coming out. The books is about bead weaving, sort of like sewing with beads. Most of the stitches are either based on Native American or African stitches.
