Wire Jewelry Magazine
I was very excited when I first saw an issue of Step by Step Wire Jewelry magazine, but I can say that I’m much less excited about this company’s subscription department.
It seems for whatever reason, I can’t get these people to send me a magazine. A bill? Sure, a magazine, not so much.
I picked up the first issue at a news stand and sent in the card. No magazine.
I then ordered a subscription on line. No magazine.
I then got a bill asking me to renew my subcription for the magazines I never got, and oh, yes, I actually got an issue in the mail, after about a year now.
Yes, I know I can call and probably get my money back, but who has the time to sit on the phone. And, I can only assume I am probably one of many subscribers who this has happened to.
