Jewelry Book Deal Gets Thumbs Up
I mentioned it briefly on this blog, but it’s a little more official now. My editor at Rockport got the go ahead on a new jewelry making book, and she has asked me to write it! This is the same editor I worked with on my last three books, so I’m very excited about working with her and the rest of the gang at Rockport again - very nice group of people as well as extremely talented
I will have more specifics later, including a “call for artists,” so keep your eyes peeled. I can’t give any more details at this point other than it will be a collaborative effort.

I wish you good luck Tammy. I have the previous one ‘Gemstones and Pearl Jewelry’. I also make jewelry myself. When we should expect it?

I’m still waiting for the official contract, but it looks like probably May 2007. Seems like forever!
Of course, my seed bead book comes out May 2006, still waiting for that one.
