Glam Job of Jewelry Making

Today I was so busy, and it made me think about how some people might dream about the glamorous life of a jewelry designer like me ;)

So, here’s what I did today:• Got up about 8:15, took care of the cats, took the doggies out for a tinkle, and ate ½ English muffin and drank my Earl Gray tea while reading my email.
• Got dressed about 9 and continued to work on the lasers of my new book, correcting stuff, changing stuff, etc.
• Had a 10:00 call planned with my editor about the book and we talked for about ½ hour concerning changes and issues.
• Finished getting reading and tinkled dogs (again) before heading out for my lunch date.
• Had a great lunch (yummy turkey and grilled vegetable sandwich) and talked beads and life with my friend, C.
• Ran by the health food store and then made it back home about 1:30 to find my last check for my seed bead book in the mail – yippy!
• Tinkled dogs (again…notice a pattern here yet?), watched the last 10 minutes of Bold & the Beautiful (What are Brooke and Eric thinking? And poor Jackie!)
• Then it was back to the seed bead book lasers for the rest of the afternoon before I ran them off to Fedex to meet their deadline.
• I still need to email a few editors at Rockport about some of the book issues. (We changed so much – moved a zillion photographs around!) But, that’s pretty much my work day.

Boy, that sounds so boring! Not real glamorous is it!?!
